In 2006 St. Mary's School partnered with ACS Technologies to provide HeadMaster Online, a data management software program to facilitate maintain the schools attendance and general database information. In 2008 St. Mary's Administration and Staff elected to enhance the existing module of the HeadMaster system by integrating the grading and homework segment of the program. At this time, the grading and homework segment are only available for the Junior High levels (grades 6-8.)

Parents/students will be assigned individual user names and passwords, and are cautioned to keep this information private. All access to this information is 'secure' and does NOT pose any security or hacking hazards to any person(s).
September 2009
HeadMaster OnDemand has been upgraded to include new features for parents when accessing student academics online. Parents now have the ability to see student and family profile information for their child as well as the family and emergency contact information. Parents may make change requests online to this information; however these changes ONLY affect the academic database - NOT the Emergency Card! For emergency card changes PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
Please note: in order for changes to affect all children - the change must be made under the profile of each child. If you experience any problems with this new feature, please contact the school office at 661 273-5555.
