Admissions Process

Prospective Parents & Guardians,necessary documents needed for a successful and completed application:

 

·         Baptism Certificate

·         Communion Certificate

·         Immunization Records

·         Latest SAT/ITBS Scores

·         Last Two Year's Report Cards

·         Interview with Principal / Letter of Recommendation from teacher or principal of current school of attendance (Grades 3-8 only)

·         Proof of Church Registration

·         Photocopy of Birth Certificate

·         One Completed Application per Student

      A one-time Application Fee of $20.00 is due upon receipt of application.  This fee does include Assessment Testing. Assessment Testing is held each year in Spring for the following Fall enrollment year. Students applying after this test date will be scheduled for testing on an individual basis at the discretion of the principal.

Students entering Kindergarten are encouraged to be 5 years old by September 1st of the enrolling school year, and must be age 5 by December 1st of enrolling year.

When reviewing the applications for acceptance, the following are taken into consideration:

·         The number of openings available at each grade level.

·         Family interview

·         Registered member of St. Mary's Parish

·         Sufficient academic ability to work in a large class setting, as evidenced in test results and report card grades

·         Transfers from a Catholic school or currently enrolled in a religious program

Open Enrollment for the 2012-2013 academic year is on-going. Applications are available in the school office. Please see above for required documents and fees due at time of application request. Applications are accepted based on availability of space per grade level. Please contact the school office for the latest up-to-date enrollment information.
