PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION (PTO)
All parties currently enrolled at St. Mary School are members fo the Parent Teacher Organization. The PTO and it's Executive Board, function in accordance with the written constitution which complies with all provisions of the Archdiocesan policy governing the structure and operation of the organization. The PTO is consultative and advisory in nature. It contributes to building a strong community of faith. The PTO provides an efficient organiation through which funds are raised to further the educational programs of the school.
The Executive Board meets monthly and the General PTO meetings are held three times a year, September, January and May.
Officers are appointed annually by the Pastor and announced in May for the ensuing year. If you are interested in serving on the Board or would like to recommend someone, please contact the Principal or a current Board member following the January meeting.
