welcome back

Dear School Families,

Welcome back! We are excited to begin a wonderful new school year together. Please review these important reminders for our first week:

  • 12:30 PM Dismissal: Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM each day this week (8/19-8/21). Supplies may be dropped off right after school throughout the week.

  • Wednesday Morning—Parents and Pastries: Parents are welcome on campus Wednesday morning to say goodbye to their children. To help students settle in and classes begin on time, we kindly ask that goodbyes be brief. Before leaving campus, please stop by PTO Parents and Pastries to grab a quick snack and greet other families in the conference center and at the outdoor tables. Please see the invite below.

  • New Parent Orientation: Wednesday at 5:30 PM in the Parish Hall.

  • Mandatory General PTO Meeting: Wednesday at 6:00 PM in the Parish Hall.

  • Back-to-School Night and Supply Drop-Off: Immediately following the PTO meeting in the school classrooms. Families will have an opportunity to meet and greet their child’s teacher and drop off school supplies.

  • September Lunch: The September lunch menu and payment are due August 19.

  • Friday Mass and Uniform Reminder: Students should wear their formal uniform for Mass. We understand that some students may not yet have all the required uniform pieces, so an exception will be made throughout the first week. Students may wear khaki bottoms with a school polo. If your child does not yet have a formal uniform, please notify their teacher as soon as possible.

  • Additionally, please see the PTO Newsletter below to get to know our PTO Leadership Team—a wonderful group of parents who dedicate so much time and energy to our school.

Thank you for helping us begin the year smoothly. We look forward to welcoming our students and families back to campus! We pray for a wonderful and peaceful school year.

"Dear God, as a new school year begins, we place our families into Your hands. Watch over our children in the classrooms, protect our teachers with strength, and grant parents peace and patience. Fill our homes with Your grace, calm every anxious heart, and guide our steps each day." - Amen
